Concordia's 50+ Ministry provides regular educational and outreach opportunities, as well as social activities and events, throughout the year for people 50+ years old. The goal of 50+ is to reconnect or maintain connection with this demographic of members that often disconnect as they experience empty nests, anticipate retirement or are recently retired.

 

In the fall of 2013, twenty-six of the 50+ Ministry participants embarked on a mission trip to the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma. Missionaries worked with clothing and food banks, prepared and served meals, completed various construction and repair projects, and shared the Word and love of Jesus with everyone.
