What is the reason for my faith? What is my role and relationship because of my faith?

An opportunity for non-members to become members and for members to grow as members!

To become effectively involved in the life and mission of this church it is critical to become increasingly acquainted with God’s Word and Concordia’s mission, have an opportunity to (re)discover your unique, God-given talents, and be led in the reward of participating in meaningful ways.

This twelve-week process is designed to lead you in discovery of answers to questions like these in a relevant and relational way:

• _ What is the story of the Bible?
• _ How does the Bible make sense?
• _ How is the Bible’s story important in life?
• _ What does it mean to be Lutheran?
• _ Why is Concordia a Lutheran Church?
• _ How does God work through Baptism?
• _ What does God do in Holy Communion?
• _ What does it mean to be a part of Concordia’s mission?
• _ What does the Bible teach about time and money?
• _ How does God use the unique talents and abilities of people?

Membership at Concordia requires this. Leadership within Concordia desires this.

New member reception and luncheon will be on Sunday, April 13, 2008.
